Greetings from CK’s Bakery! By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to abide by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing any order.

1. General

CK’s Bakery offers fresh bakery products, including cakes, pastries, snacks, and related items through online ordering, in-store pickup, and home delivery. These Terms govern your use of our website and services.

2. Order & Delivery Policy

  • Orders can be placed for same-day delivery, scheduled delivery, or store pickup.

  • Delivery slots are preferred timings; exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed due to external factors.

  • Customers must ensure correct delivery information. CK’s Bakery is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect details or recipient unavailability.

  • Once under preparation or dispatched, orders cannot be modified or cancelled.

3. Handling of Perishable Goods

  • Our products, especially cakes and pastries, are perishable and require proper handling.

  • Customers are advised to:

    • Store cakes in a cool, dry place or refrigerate as recommended.

    • Consume cakes within 48 hours of delivery for best taste and quality.

    • Avoid exposure to direct sunlight, heat, or moisture after delivery.

  • CK’s Bakery will not be liable for product quality deterioration due to improper storage or delayed consumption after successful delivery.

Once delivered in good condition, perishable items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

4. Bulk & Custom Orders

For bulk or highly customized cakes, customers must contact us via WhatsApp: +91 73389 99937 or through our enquiry form. These orders require advance notice and confirmation.

5. Payment Terms

All orders must be prepaid via the available online payment methods. Orders are processed only after payment confirmation.

6. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • No cancellations for:

    • Same-day delivery orders

    • Special occasion orders (e.g., Valentine’s Day, New Year)

  • Refunds or replacements apply only for:

    • Wrong product delivered

    • Significant damage during delivery (reported within 2 hours with proof of images or videos)

  • Refunds processed within 7-10 working days after confirmation.

7. Product Description & Variations

  • All images are for illustration purposes. Actual products may vary in design, color, or decoration based on availability.

  • In case of unavailability, a similar product of equal or higher value will be delivered.

8. Non-Delivery Scenarios

Orders will be marked as completed in cases of:

  • Incorrect address or contact details

  • Recipient unavailable or refusal

  • Delivery accepted by a third party (neighbour, security, etc. )  per instructions

No refunds apply in such scenarios.

9. Special Occasion Deliveries

During peak seasons, deliveries may occur within 48 hours of the requested time due to high demand.

10. Offers & Promotions

Promotions are subject to specific terms and can be changed or withdrawn without notice. Only one offer per order is allowed unless stated otherwise.

11. Liability Disclaimer

CK’s Bakery is not liable for delays due to weather, traffic, or operational challenges. Products may contain allergens like nuts, dairy, or gluten.

12. Privacy Policy

By using our services, you agree to our [Privacy Policy], which explains how we manage your personal data.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Indian law, with jurisdiction in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
